Get your stuff together with netvibes

7 Feb

Sometimes I have 6 or 7 windows open when I’m online and a dozen or more bookmarks that I am moving between. It’s not very efficient.

Netvibes to the rescue.

This aggregator is really a web-based RSS reader that gives you access to all your favourite online places from the homepage: you can follow the Copeland blog from here (which would be the first order of business), use the email wizard to check your email (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Mac, AOL – they’re all here), add Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, check the weather, read your favourite online newspapers – all from one convenient page.

You customize it so it’s like a personal workstation. And it updates automatically. Love it.

It’s my startpage now. So I can start deleting those bookmarks. I Digg the netvibes.
